Grace Design M904/904B

m904b_system

The m904 by Grace Design is a stand-alone, high fidelity stereo monitoring system designed for audio professionals in the music recording and audio-for-video sound markets. Built with the same attention to quality and sonic detail as our company's award winning microphone preamplifiers and model 901 headphone amp, the m904 truly represents a new standard in reference stereo monitoring capabilities and performance.

Audient Centro

CentroWhole

Centro is a Master Section designed to give DAW users all of the intuitive control of a large format console. Switching, routing, cue mixing and talkback all happens Centro-lly.

Listen to any of 6 digital and 6 analogue stereo sources. Audition multiple analogue sources simultaneously, even throw in a digital source if you like. At the same time, you can route any digital source to the dedicated digital output which means no more replugging or repetitive patching.

Control zero-latency monitoring for performers with 2 stereo cue outputs fed from dedicated Rec and Foldback sources, or from the control room selection. You can even offer praise or chastisement with built-in talkback!

Control 3 sets of stereo speakers, a sub-woofer and headphones from a central panel with mute, channel mute, mono, phase and dim.

All this and there’s no need to run 20 cables across your desktop! The separate I/O box and included remote provide an ergonomic, intuitive solution for the DAW-centred studio.

SPL 2Coltrol

2Control315x217_05

The 2Control combines loudspeaker and headphone monitoring in a compact, user-friendly and high quality control device. Any studio based on a digital audio workstation (DAW) can benefit from its important and essential monitoring functions.

SPL Monitor & Talkback Controller

mtc2381_387x225_01

The MTC combines volume level control, source switching and loudspeaker management for stereo monitoring with comfortable talkback and cue mixing functions. A fully analog design dispenses with VCAs, DACs, etc., providing loss-free signal processing. The I/O section includes six rear-panel stereo inputs (four balanced, two unbalanced sources), balanced XLR outputs for three loudspeaker pairs and a slave output.
The organizational focus that such essential services bring, coupled with an extraordinary tonal quality, makes possible an unrivaled convenience in DAW-based monitor management – in all areas of stereo audio production from recording studios over movie and video post production to game/multimedia production.

SPL Surround Monitor Controller

smc2489_387x225_01

The SPL Surround Monitor Controller (SMC) is a one-point analog volume control and switching matrix for system-independent 5.1 surround and stereo monitoring for essentially any audio application:

  • Surround and stereo production
  • DVD-V, DVD-A, SACD and DTS authoring
  • Film and video postproduction
  • Video and game production
  • A/V and multimedia production
  • Audiophile home entertainment systems
The advantages of the SMC become especially apparent in combination with modern audio and video production tools such as ProTools™, Nuendo™, Cubase™, Logic™, Deck™ etc.
One of the SMC's biggest advantages is the possibility to manage several input sources, i. e. for comparing and monitoring SACD or DVD material.

SPL Volume2 & Volume8

volume2_315x225volume8_317x225_01

As a cost-effective alternative to our full-featured Stereo and Surround Monitoring Controllers MTC 2381 and SMC 2489, the SPL volume controllers are dedicated solely to level control.

The Volume2 model is intended for stereo applications, while the Volume8 can control up to eight channels. Both devices are designed with active circuitries to circumvent inevitable disadvantages of passive circuitries that result in impedance variation and therefore degraded linearity in frequency response.

SPL Auditor

Auditor_275x229_01

The Auditor is our interpretation of a high-end headphone amplifier. We strictly followed a purist approach to achieve the highest sound quality.
The basis for such high-end developments is our proved 120 volts reference technology. Core elements are the handmade SPL SUPRA op-amps running on 120 volts – it corresponds to approximately twice that of most modern analog audio semiconductor technologies. Through such 120 volts circuitry and processing we reach performance levels far beyond conventional designs in dynamic range and distortion levels, and such technical specifications exceed all known analog or digital standards.
In other words: simply sounds.

SPL Phonitor

phonitor275x225_17

The Phonitor design is our high-end interpretation for what a complete headphone amplifier should be. A well chosen system of Phonitor and headphones can by and large replace loudspeakers and offers all that is required for a successful session long listening periods without ear fatigue.
We therefore refer to the Phonitor as a headphone
monitoring amplifier system.
The basis for this high-end development is our proven 120 volts reference technology based on handmade operation amplifiers. 120 volts corresponds to approximately four times the performance of standard analogue audio semiconductor technologies and twice that of the most powerful designs. Through such 120 volts circuitry and processing we reach performance levels far beyond conventional designs in dynamic range and distortion levels, and the main technical specifications in music reproduction exceeds all known analogue or digital standards.
